Our Wee Red Buses
Our private tours of Scotland feature our famous Wee Red Buses which can take up to 16 guests. These luxury Mercedes mini coaches have extended legroom, reclining leather seats, air conditioning and of course a friendly face behind the wheel.
Our 7 Seater and Guide
Our Wee Red Mercedes Vito is used for smaller private tours of 1-7 passengers. This fully air-conditioned vehicle is normally driven and guided by Keith our fantastic dedicated private tour specialist:

Booking and Payment
- The total tour cost must be paid in full by credit card / bank transfer to secure the booking.
- Entry to visitor attractions, accommodation, ferries, meals and refreshments are not included.
Cancellation and rebooking:
When a passenger cancels a tour, the effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive notification by telephone or email.
Private tours cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
- Up to 8 days before departure – no charge/free rebooking or refund.
- Less than 8 days before departure – entirely at our discretion but typically 100% charge (no refund) unless the tour is rescheduled. The passenger may also be liable for the total cost of accommodation.
Accommodation:
All accommodation should be booked independently of Heart of Scotland Tours but we are very happy to help and make recommendations as necessary.
Our Partners:
We sometimes work in partnership with experienced tour operators for the provision of private tours. Transport and guiding may not always be directly provided by Heart of Scotland Tours Ltd.
