Booking and Payment:

• A 25% deposit (of the total tour cost) must be paid by credit card/bank transfer to secure the booking.
• The remaining 75% (of the total tour cost) must be paid by credit card/bank transfer no less than 28 days before the date of departure.
• Under 28 days prior to departure – 100% of the tour cost paid by credit card or bank transfer.
• Entry to visitor attractions, accommodation, ferries, meals and refreshments are not included.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is pre-booked by Heart of Scotland Tours - you pay on departure from your hotel/B&B using cash or credit card.

Our Partners:

We sometimes work in partnership with experienced tour operators for the provision of private tours. Transport and guiding may not always be directly provided by Heart of Scotland Tours Ltd.
