Meet our greatest asset - the knowledgeable, friendly, fun loving team, who work hard to make every tour unique, interesting and enjoyable!

  • Alan Bath - Tour Guide

Q – Where is your favourite place in Scotland and why?

A – My favourite place in Scotland is St Andrews, a great mixture of some beautiful beaches, layers and layers of history and really good places to eat.

  • Graham - Tour Guide

Q – What is your favourite Scottish food?

A – Haggis as it normally means there’s a whisky not far away!

  • Helen - Tour Guide

Q – What is your favourite season of the year and why?

A – Spring is definitely my favourite season! A great time to come and visit Scotland. From the first early signs when the snowdrops peek out to the full blown colour explosion when summer is just around the corner. I love the light nights too and feel genuinely giddy at the thought of spring coming! Don’t forget though – Ne’er cast a cloot till May be oot!
  • Jackie - Duty Manager

Q – What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

A – Playing hockey, going to music gigs not only in Scotland but further afield, cooking, running, spending time with friends and family.

  • Euan - Tour Guide

Q – What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

A – Spending quality time with friends and family, preferably outdoors when weather permits. ‘Quality time’ is really Scottish code for PARTY!!

  • Jenny - Office Manager

Q – Tell us something interesting about yourself we may not know?

A – In my spare time I design and make my own jewellery. I use slate from the Ballachulish quarry in the Highlands and combine it with Sterling silver. An odd combination but I think it works!

  • Kevin - Tour Guide

Q – Favourite Scottish music or band?

A – My favourite band is the Peatbog Faeries with their original fusion of tradition and contemporary instruments and sounds. Other good fusion bands are available – like Face the West.

  • Keith Hendrie - Tour Guide

Q – Where is your favourite place in Scotland and why?

A – Too many to choose! Maybe Speyside?….or Harris?…..or Mull? Lots of otters on Mull…..I love otters!

  • Amy - Duty Manager

Q – Favourite Scottish music or band?

A – Us Scots know how to have a good party so you can’t beat a good old fashioned ceilidh. So with this in mind I would have to say my favourite Scottish band would be Shooglenifty. Something a tad more contemporary would be Fatherson.

  • Gregor - Tour Guide

Q – What do you enjoy most about working for Heart of Scotland Tours?

A – I like the freedom of being out on the road and meeting new people all the time. It’s great to be able to show off my country to visitors.

Q – What is your favourite tour and why?
