Heart of Scotland Tours
I just wanted to give you feedback on two tours we took in Scotland on the 28th and 29th of July 2011. First the two drivers/directors were great. Colin was the driver/director on our one day tour to the Highlands and Steve on a tour to Rosslyn and Hadrian's Wall.. Both were very enthusiastic giving us the sense that they were passionate about what they were doing.We were never bored and felt we got the most out of the stories. You could tell that they loved their country and were very proud of their heritage. Steve went above and beyond because during the second tour I lost my Blackberry on the bus. I realised it later at dinner but he had already had your office contact our hotel to let them know he had it. He even delivered it to our hotel the next day. He is a great ambassador for you company and he certainly saved our vacation.
